Perched above the vibrant skyline of Dubai Marina, this apartment has been reimagined as a tranquil urban sanctuary. Warm neutral tones, tactile textures, and sculptural furniture converge in a layout that invites both relaxation and refined living. Bespoke travertine and oak detailing, paired with curated design accents, echo the elegance of its cosmopolitan surroundings. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sheer drapery soften the city’s bold architecture, allowing light and serenity to flow effortlessly through the space.

Started in January 2024, Marina Apartment is located in the heart of Dubai Marina and was orignally composed of enclosed, compact spaces. The transformation began with a bold architectural intervention opening the kitchen to the living room to create a seamless, expansive layout that immediately feels airy and inviting upon entry.
M&M Studio Associates reimagined the interior using a soft, unified palette of neutral tones to amplify natural light and enhance the sense of space. Sculptural furniture, warm textures, and tailored details come together to infuse the apartment with understated elegance and comfort. The result is a refinedurban retreat that feels both contemporary and serene, perfectly suited to its dynamic metropolitan setting.
Working with openness, light, and flow, we redeined the apartment’s layout by removing partitions and expanding visual perspectives. The existing constraints of closed-off rooms were replaced with an airy, continous living experience that connects the kitchen, dining, and lounge into one cohesive volume.
This transformation was guided by a commitment to clarity and calm using light materials, softened textures, and a muted palette to invite brightness into every corner. Carefully considered lines, layered tones, and clean surfaces bring a quiet elegance to the space, while the seamless integeration of indoor and outdoor views enhances the aprtment’s sense of depth and ease. Every element was desigend to foster a harmonious rythm between function and beauty, creating a home that feels spacious, serene, and inherently modern.
