Villa Lugano, nestled in the heart of Palm Jumeiah, has recently seen a tranformative redesign. Embracing a refined, contemporary aesthetic, the interiors feature custom-built joinery in rich walnu, soft limestone finishes, and elegant furnishings that balance comfort with sophistication. Subtle layers of texture and curated lighting enrich each space, creating a serene atmosphere that celebrates the villa’s unique seaside setting.

Villa Lugano is nestled in the heart of Palm Jumeirah and was originally designed around a serene, integerated courtyard offering residents the essence of a refined vacation lifestyle.
In Spring 2024, M&M Studio Associates joined forces with Luxury Explorer to reimagine the vills’s interior. The renovation focused on elevating the six-bedroom residence and its elegant living spaces with a renewed sense of warmth and intimacy. Embracing neutral tones and soft textures, the design journey centered around creating a luxurious yet cosy atmosphere where comfort meets understated sophistication.
Working with transparency, light, and shadow, we broke away from the constraints of the existing architecture to frame both the indoor and outdoor living spaces. This intentional connection between all elements of the home.
With a balanced, minimal, and natural aesthetic, each space was carefully crafted to welcome air and light. We enlarged windows and refined openings, allowing for an enhanced natural flow that breathes life into every corner of the villa.
