Materiality played a central role, soft textiles, matte finishes, and natural textures were
carefully layered to enhance spatial harmony and visual serenity. Every element, from the
bespoke cabinetry to the sculptural lighting, was selected to echo the tranquil essence of a
modern holiday retreat.
Balancing aesthetics with functionality, we transformed the villa into a warm, welcoming,
and commercially viable space. Whether for short escapes or extended stays, Villa Portofino
invites guests into an atmosphere of relaxed luxury where every corner feels thoughtfully
